David is an urban planning, infrastructure and property specialist with experience in government relations, major project facilitation, planning, design, property development and project management.
He has worked at a Senior Executive level within the Victorian Government as Executive Director responsible for statutory planning and the Victorian Government’s urban renewal projects. In this role David had full delegation from the Minister for Planning on all major planning and development approvals in Victoria, including wind farms, transport and private sector projects deemed to be of State and National significance.
As Director Property and Development at Major Projects Victoria he was responsible for a number of landmark Government projects including the Commonwealth Games Village, redevelopment of Waverley Park, Beacon Cove and the Kew Cottages redevelopment and on behalf of the Minister for Major Projects, Departmental oversight of Places Victoria the Victorian Government’s Land Development agency.
He has experience in major infrastructure projects such as ports, rail, public transport and major urban renewal projects and has also advised top 100 ASX listed companies on property and infrastructure projects valued in excess of $500 million.
